Our first stay through Club Resorto was in Ramada, Kochi, smooth process by Prince & Sudheer. It was an amazing experience for my family. The stay was very nice and there is a good scenic view of the lake from the property. Highlight is the pool which is very long and well maintained and the pool bar. Hope i get more such stays.

Had taken up the 10 year package. The tie-up hotels and resorts are vast and good. Had already availed 2 holidays with them. The properties were good. The only place where they should improvise is the booking process as the bookings could be done only through email and it will take 4 to 5 emails and a few days to confirm the booking. I could see that the company is working on customer satisfaction and trying to fetch the best for the clients which I really welcome and appreciate. Very recently a person named Mr. Pradeep reached me from Club Resorto stating he's from the Club Resorto's newly formed feedback and grievance redressal team and I'm glad that the company is working on to provide a good customer service.

The hotel was above average but the service of the hotel was excellent. Club Resorto arrangements was done on time. So we have no complaint. It's a beautiful, peaceful place. Nice for a fun holiday where you can relax, do water sports, chill at the beach, drive around wonderful roads. The city centre in Port Louis is a good place for souvenirs and local handicrafts. All kinds of food is available. Good place for sea food lovers

I think everything about club resorto was good. Their chef and other staff was very supportive and ensured we had a good time. We asked for Mediterranean cuisine and they just prepared something quickly and served us. Likewise their swimming pool was also good and we had a good time as a family. Only thing to note is that it is not to be mistaken as a resort property. It's a simple hotel with nice spacious rooms.

We don't usually book cottages for our stay. Since it was a grand get-together (social occasion), we couldn't find a better choice than The Heritage in Kohima. The quality of service we received was commendable. Talking about foods, they served India, Chinese, and some delicious Naga cuisines. There were plenty of sitting areas, and we had the entire cottage to ourselves. Set in a serene environment, The Heritage provides the best of everything you could ask for in luxury accommodation.
