Club Resorto is a luxury resort and hotel management company. Our team looks far & wide to identify the hotels, resorts & villas and then evaluates them under our defined standards before we start welcoming our customers. We are on the lookout for hotels and resorts meeting the following criteria-

1. Inventory- 50 Keys onwards
2. Swimming Pool- 3000 square feet or more
3. Banquet hall - Minimum 2 halls, one 2500 square feet or more other 750 square feet or more.
4. Open Area- 20,000 square feet or more.
5. Parking- 30 Vehicles or more.
6. Restaurant- Minimum 60 covers.
7. Gym & Spa Centre- 2500 square feet or more.
8. Lounge & Bar- 30 Covers onwards.
9. Power Backup, load equivalent to the above requirements (Workable)
10. Water Supply- Own Source of water and backup.
11. All Relevant Licenses.
12. Staff Accommodation.
13. Well Equipped Kitchen (Workable).
14. All Safety Protocols as per the State Rules.
