Club Resorto Customer Meet Programme - An Initiative to Learn from Club Resorto Complaints and Club Resorto Reviews

Club Resorto adds two more divisions in Customer Care Department- 'Club Resorto Reviews-Delight' and 'Club Resorto Complaints-Relish' for the Nationwide Customer Meet Programme.

Club Resorto aims to become an Indian Unicorn by 2030. Club Resorto Vision 2030 document is being prepared. Club Resorto Customer Meet Programme is an initiative by the Club Resorto Customer Care Team to meet the customers one-on-one and receive their feedback. Customers not only appreciate the holidays that they are enjoying, they also provide us with valuable insights into how we can further improve the same. There are two teams created to serve the same-
1. Club Resorto Review- DELIGHT
2. Club Resorto Complaint- RELISH

Mrs. Payel Das Choudhury & Mr. Anupam Das, Customer ID - CHRL02XXX3-XX2, gave us time to meet them at their residence in Bengaluru and met with Mr. Sajid Khan from Team Delight. They mentioned that they took two holidays in the last one year, one in Maldives and the other in Yercaud and had a lovely experience. Mrs. Payel Das Choudhury specifically mentioned that her daughter loved both resorts as there were a lot of activities for her daughter. Mr. Anupam Das praised the bookings team and shared, "this is a different experience actually, rather than planning it out all by ourselves and taking all the hassles, Club Resorto has simplified everything and trips have become more enjoyable."

Mrs. Shobha Khandelwal / Mr. Mukesh Kumar Khandelwal, Customer ID- CRHL0X0XX3-XX5 from Surat met with Mr. Mahender Lal from Team Relish at Mr. Khandelwal's office in Surat. Mr. Khandelwal has taken holidays to Dubai, Singapore, Daman and also traveled to Delhi & Mumbai and was all praise for the Customer Meet Programme. He also shared insights into how to bridge the gap on the challenges that he has been facing with our bookings team.

Mrs. Sharu Jose said, " It's a very trustworthy partnership from the beginning, right from the sales and customer service and when we went on holiday also it was very comfortable and convenient.
